Term 3 2026 is free, and so are Year 1 and Year 3 Term 1 2027 nights. This is not a new product for schools, and not a Ministry of Education programme. If the office sends a weekly newsletter, they can paste the paragraph below.

After Tea is free this term for Year 1, Year 2, Year 3 and Year 5 English and maths — ten to fifteen minutes after tea, parent sitting next to the child. No child accounts and no child names.
